Elle est ax\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9vention, le d\u00e9pistage et la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation des troubles psychomoteurs, \u00e0 tout \u00e2ge de la vie.<\/p><p><br \/>Le corps en mouvement constitue donc la base du travail en psychomotricit\u00e9. Au-del\u00e0 du corps, la psychomotricit\u00e9 consid\u00e8re la personne dans sa globalit\u00e9. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019elle tient \u00e9galement compte de sa vie psychique ainsi que de son environnement physique, social et culturel.<\/p><p><br \/>Le psychomotricien est donc un sp\u00e9cialiste des interactions entre motricit\u00e9, psychisme et cognition.<br \/>Il observe et analyse la fa\u00e7on dont ces interactions se manifestent \u00e0 travers le corps. Les troubles psychomoteurs sont des troubles neurod\u00e9veloppementaux qui affectent l\u2019adaptation du sujet dans sa dimension perceptivo-motrice. Leurs \u00e9tiologies sont plurifactorielles et transactionnelles associant des facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, neurobiologiques, psychologiques et\/ou psychosociaux qui agissent \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux de compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 et d\u2019expression. Ils sont souvent situationnels et discrets, entravant en priorit\u00e9 les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation, constituant une source de d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ment et de souffrance pour le sujet et son milieu social. Leur analyse clinique s\u2019appuie sur une connaissance r\u00e9f\u00e9rentielle approfondie du d\u00e9veloppement normal. Elle n\u00e9cessite des investigations sp\u00e9cifiques, dont l\u2019examen psychomoteur, pour appr\u00e9hender les aspects qualitatifs et quantitatifs des perceptions, des repr\u00e9sentations et des actions du sujet\u00a0\u00bb J-M. psychomotricit\u00e9 s&rsquo;adresse \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges de la vie, du nourrisson \u00e0 la personne \u00e2g\u00e9e en passant par les enfants, adolescents et adultes.<\/p><p><br \/>Un suivi psychomoteur sera indiqu\u00e9 en cas de pr\u00e9maturit\u00e9, traumatisme de la naissance, dysfonctionnement post-natal, trouble de la relation, sensoriels, du tonus.<br \/>Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire en cas de trouble des apprentissages, hyperactivit\u00e9, inhibition, trouble du d\u00e9veloppement des coordinations, troubles envahissants du d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p><p><br \/>L&rsquo;adolescence peut constituer une p\u00e9riode d\u00e9licate durant laquelle certains troubles tels que des troubles alimentaires, de la relation, du comportement peuvent appara\u00eetre.<br \/>Enfin, la psychomotricit\u00e9 peut \u00e9galement accompagner et soutenir les personnes dans leur vieillissement (retour d\u2019hospitalisation, perte d&rsquo;autonomie, trouble de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, pathologie dernier a pour but de mettre en lumi\u00e8re les difficult\u00e9s mais aussi les comp\u00e9tences du patient.<\/p><p>Tout comme le bilan neuropsychologique, psychologique, ou orthophonique, le bilan psychomoteur se compose d&rsquo;observations cliniques ainsi que des r\u00e9sultats issus d&rsquo;\u00e9preuves standardis\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Il sera \u00e9galement possible d&rsquo;effectuer un bilan psychomotrice est adapt\u00e9e selon le projet th\u00e9rapeutique \u00e9tabli \u00e0 la suite du bilan psychomoteur. La fr\u00e9quence des s\u00e9ances et leur dur\u00e9e sont d\u00e9finies \u00e0 l\u2019avance. <br \/><br \/>La plupart du temps, elles sont hebdomadaires et durent entre 30 et 45 minutes.<br \/><br \/>Diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s sont propos\u00e9es au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame s\u00e9ance afin de travailler les domaines cibl\u00e9s.
